Updating your server to the latest version of FileMaker helps keep your servers and your business running smoothly. Running out-of-date software can lead to a variety of hiccups, from OS incompatibility to security concerns.
As of December 2024, Claris no longer supports 19.6. You can learn more about supported versions on Claris’s site. As of now, it is recommended to upgrade to FileMaker Server 2024 (Version 21) or later.

Request a server update through the Ottomatic Cloud Console
